However, this system is influenced by several factors, such as the operator’s bucket movement speed and, most importantly, the hydraulic oil temperature, which continuously rises during operation. In addition, the bucket arm position also affects the reading accuracy, which is why a Pressure Transducer cannot work independently and must be supported by an Angle Sensor or Proximity Sensor.
Due to these limitations, the weighing process using a Pressure Transducer cannot fully guarantee that all weighed material actually enters the drum. As a result, the final material weight may vary significantly and ultimately affect concrete quality.
